If you have a task stuck on your screen, please visit the Tasks page, locate the task using the Task ID, and cancel the task from that page.
Once no tasks are stuck on your screen, you may continue working. We will provide another update as we learn more.

Update
We are continuing to monitor a retroactive issue with Twilio Task Router and are currently awaiting updates from Twilio. This issue may impact agents’ ability to change status, accept new tasks, or disposition existing ones. All task types are potentially affected. We will share more information as soon as it becomes available.

We are currently monitoring a retroactive issue with Twilio Task Router. This issue originated on Twilio's side, and our engineers are investigating the customer impact. We will follow up and provide more details as Twilio releases more information.
